The home of Country’s Barbecue, Country’s on Mercury Drive is the tradition of traditions. Here’s where it all started in 1975! Designed as an old country store, Country’s On Mercury is a fun place to bring the entire family. The kids will have the greatest time playing on the big rocking chair.

On Friday and Saturday evenings everybody can enjoy live bluegrass with Blue Grass Review and Eastwind. Eastwind is here on the second weekend of each month and the Review on the other weekends. We even bring bands from all over the country every now and then!

This is also where we hold our annual Midnight Express, a 5-K road race held at midnight that brings together over 1300 runners from all over the country, and raises funds for the AER (Association for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired), Southeastern Guide Dogs, and local scholarships. Come as you are, but come ready for fun!
